In September 2008, EMR signed a collaboration agreement with
CCM Chemicals Co. Ltd. of China to jointly
promote each other’s agrochemical products and services. CCM provides multi-client reports mainly focused
on the Chinese market for active ingredients (such as glyphosate and imidacloprid) and publishes monthly
newsletters on The Chinese Crop Protection, Herbicides, Insecticides and Fungicides sectors.
CCM will promote Enigma’s AgriBase2008, latest report on
'New Generic Agrochemicals – Post 2009'
and consulting services. 'China is such a huge expanding market for agrochemicals and has developed into the
major country for the manufacture of agrochemical active ingredients that it was essential that we found
a local partner to promote our products' explained Dr Uttley.
Enigma, likewise, will promote agrochemical
reports and newsletters published by CCM. The growth in the
Chinese agrochemical industry has been remarkable and is set to continue at a very healthy rate. Such
growth always has problems and the rapid changes experienced in the industry mean that it is essential
to keep track of what is happening in China on a regular basis – the newsletters allow you to do just that.
In addition, CCM has published a number of
multi-client reports including:-
- The Agrochemical Industry (2007)
- Acetochlor (2004)
- Alachlor (2004)
- Avermectin (2004)
- Butachlor (2004)
- Chlorpyrifos (2008)
- Emamectin (2005)
- Glyphosate (various, most recent 2007)
- Herbicides (2007)
- Imidacloprid (2008)
- Malathion (2003)
- Maleic anhydride (2008)
- Metsulfuron-methyl (2003)
- Paraquat (2007)
- Propanil (2005)
